The ConsorcioTec App on your pc
When you enter through a computer all you have to do is click on the link or write the access address in a new browser window. Once you are in the address you will see the user interface on the left (in the form of a cell phone), in which you can enter directly by logging in. You also have the option to access the App from your cell phone, scanning the QR code at the top right.
It is important to mention that, both the browser version and the cell phone version, have the same image and interface. Use the version that is most convenient for your information review and management needs.
For the entry, both in the computer version and the mobile app, you must write your email address, it must be specifically the one you have registered in ConsorcioTec. Wait a few seconds and that same email will receive a temporary key for the entry. This serves to prevent you from having to make additional registrations, forgetting the key and as a security factor.
For each deposit you will receive a new and different key, unless you use the option to "keep my connection". Once you have entered you will see the options available in the menu. Similarly, you can use the app in full screen and share the access link directly.
The ConsorcioTec App on your smartphone
Step 1: Enter by scanning the QR code of the ConsorcioTec page, follow the link and you will see the interface of the application, where you can select the option of "Add ConsorcioTec to the main screen" that appears at the bottom.
Step 2: A new tab will appear where it tells you that you can install the app, you must hit "install" and you will see that the screen returns to the browser, but it indicates that it is "Adding to ConsorcioTec".
Step 3: You will see that another tab comes out again, similar to when you install any app and you must allow it to do the full process. If you have a secure security application it will scan and confirm that the source is safe. Once the download is ready, it will give you the option to "open".
Step 4: As in the browser option you must enter your email address to receive the temporary key. You can choose to do it at each income or check the option to maintain the connection, if you are from a secure device, so you do not have to authenticate at each income.
Use the ConsorcioTec App
Within the app you have the same menu for the mobile version as in the browser, where you will have the following options.
Preferred suppliers: here is the complete list of ConsorcioTec suppliers, with information about the sector to which they belong, a brief description, address, telephone, email of the contact staff, website, map of their physical location and the rebates it offers. From the App it is also possible to automatically move to sending MSN, emails and making calls, this obviously has some limitations in the desktop version, but it is fully functional when used on the cell phone.
Invoice in process: you can review the invoices you have pending, approved or declined and enter a new invoice. To create a new element you must fill out a very simple form, which you open from the '+' sign in the upper right. At the end ask to attach an image of the invoice, for this you can make use of the camera (for the cell phone) or simply attach looking in the folders (this search works for both options, cell phone and computer).
Financial report: this option allows you to see a consolidated by quarters of all purchases, which makes it easier for you to keep track.
Approved invoices: it works as a record of what has been mounted and approved in the application.
This menu is also displayed on the left side of the application, in addition to showing the profile of who is logged in. In this profile information are your data and you can customize the photograph.
In conclusion, the ConsorcioTec application is an add-on so that you can enter in a simpler way the invoices of the purchases and review how your approval process for the Cashback of the program is going, this avoids the constant sending of emails and offers you a review, at a glance, of the management that you carry out in each quarter. It is also the way to carry the entire directory of providers on your cell phone.
