The company said it added Inspired Flight and Sony Airpeak branded solutions to its portfolio, while partnering with the Sonoran Desert Institute (SDI) to provide drone courses to its partners.
These new products and services were presented during the last E4 Experience, held recently in Phoenix. Partners Autel and DJI also participated, allowing visitors to appreciate the full range of drones and security experiences available through Exertis Almo.
"With commercial drones increasingly being used for public safety and government purposes, this is the right opportunity for integrators to diversify their commercial offerings with new product categories that their customers can employ immediately," said Dan Smith, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Exertis Almo.
According to Matthew Callari, the company's Director of Sales, Exertis Almo is expanding its drone offering to offer its partners a wide range of U.S.-made options in compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
The executive highlighted that there are currently great growth opportunities for drones in construction, inspection, mapping and public safety applications. "In addition, drone services allow integrators to expand their sales and service offering without any additional expense; they can now offer drone services, training and more without hiring in-house experts," he added.
