Nortek Security & Control LLC announced that the company has changed its name to Nortek Control, a fact that comes at a time when the business is evolving from a manufacturing-focused company to offering technology solutions for its global customers in security, control, energy/AV, access, health and wellness and analytics.

The company said that while Nortek Control continues to invest heavily in the security market, being able to encompass all of its brands under a new, modern and simplified name will provide ease and clarity as the company looks to the future.
