Mexico. On October 16, the Agora Room of the Santa Fe Events Center will open its doors to "Architecture + Technology: The Responsibility of Designing a Smart and Sustainable Future in Latin America", a day that will bring together leaders in architecture, engineering, automation and technology around the design of innovative, efficient and environmentally conscious spaces.

The event, which will take place within the framework of the Obra Blanca Fair, will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with registration starting at 9:30 a.m. Admission will be free, with limited places.

Among the scheduled activities are high-level conferences on automation, energy efficiency and intelligent design, as well as the presentation of success stories and technological solutions applied to architecture in Latin America. In addition, there will be networking spaces between architects, engineers, designers, integrators and developers.

The program will feature the participation of international leaders and representatives of leading companies. Casto Cañavate (KNX International) will give an introduction on the role of automation in responsible design; Zaid Márquez (ABB) will present solutions for energy efficiency; and experts such as Juan Antonio Gutiérrez (Zennio), Rimack Quiñones (Interra), Maribel Pacheco (Tronik) and Omar Bravo (Nubecom) will share experiences of applied innovation. Also, Víctor Arce (Siemens) will address technology for smart buildings.

The day will conclude with a closing panel that will discuss the future of smart building in Latin America.
