2021 marks 40 years since the creation of Senstar.
The company was founded in 1981 with the goal of bringing technologies originally aimed at military applications to the commercial security market. With only seven employees, Senstar introduced its first product, Sentrax, a buried cable perimeter security technology, in September 1982.
Today, Sentar has an international presence, and a wide range of security technologies, including the largest portfolio of perimeter intrusion detection products, as well as video management, video analytics and access control.
