ConsorcioTec, thinking about the comfort of its affiliates, launched its App, which is compatible with the Android and iOS system. This tool allows: the visualization of the list of available brands, the management of invoices, the review of financial reports and approved invoices. That is, it guarantees an agile access to financial information, a permanent and comfortable supervision of the benefits of the program. Additionally, it allows direct communication with the staff in charge of ConsorcioTec, for the resolution of doubts.
This is how the App works
Simple entry without memorizing passwords
First of all, it is necessary to be part of ConsorcioTec, have your email registered and download the application. As a second, you must log in by entering your email, the same one with which you registered, which will receive a 6-digit code that you will use to access. In case you need it you can keep the connection open or receive the code every time you go to enter, this depends on your security preferences.
Access to supplier information
In the first screenshot of the App is the options menu, where in the first place are the suppliers, when you enter there you will see the list of the factories that offer their products in ConsorcioTec. Once you select the profile of which you are interested you will access information about the sector to which they belong, a brief description, address, telephone, email of the contact staff, website, map of their physical location and the rebates it offers. From the App it is also possible to automatically send MSN, emails and make calls.
Manage invoices
The management of invoices is another advantage of this App, in the option "invoice in process" you can review the invoices that you have pending, approved or declined and enter a new invoice. To create a new item you must fill out a very simple form, where at the end it asks to attach an image of the invoice, for this you can make use of your camera if you are on the cell phone or simply attach looking in the folders, whether you are on the mobile or for the computer browser version.
