The diversity of solutions, robust construction, audio quality, incorporation of auto-tracking video and other functionalities, together with the responsiveness of the factory, make these systems a more requested option since ProAVCom represents Relacart in Chile.

To understand the increase in this demand, it is necessary to know that ProAVCom is a company that focuses on the representation and commercialization through AV integrators, giving technical support, validation of solutions and providing the necessary logistics to have the products in place, complying with the delivery dates. An issue that, together with the quality of the products, helped to consolidate these 4 success stories.

Constitutional Convention
This installation carried out in the offices of the Constituent Convention, was in charge of Novotic. It consists of 4 CS302M systems, with CS501C/D bases of 18 participants each. The systems were connected by Cat5e cable and have operated daily, almost uninterruptedly, since September 2021, demonstrating their reliability.

Financial institution

This second installation also carried out by the company Novotic, in a prestigious financial institution in Santiago de Chile that reserves the name, had the WDC903 wireless systems. The intervention was made in two adjacent meeting rooms, where it was necessary to install 7 microphones in each one, with the exception that sometimes both systems could be used without interfering and, on other occasions, more microphones had to be added to use them in a single room. The WDC903 managed to meet the requirements, as it allows several systems to be installed in the same building through an intelligent frequency management system. In addition, to the ease of incorporating microphone units, it adds that it allows you to perform the function with the touch of just a couple of buttons, a matter that dispenses with the need for a technician. All this was complemented by an Auxiliary PA system.

Icap Global
The third success story was an integration of several equipment where a wireless debate microphone system was required. Once again the WDC903 was ideal as a solution. The company Icap Global, at the head of the project, consolidated the solution for the end customer, which, for special reasons, has not been known.

Chamber of Deputies of Chile

The project for the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, which was won in a tender by the company Videomedia, requested a homologation to the originally proposed systems, where the CS302M with CS501C/D perfectly complied with the technical bases. In total there were 8 systems of 19 participants, where each one was tendered and won by Videomedia. The execution is still in the process of installation, being the largest project that has been won in Chile.
