The network for audiovisual integrators located in the United States and strategic ally of ConsorcioTec, USAV, was transformed and renamed EDGE. This modification, together with the announcement of its new president Michael Boettcher, is a novelty that promises great growth.

It is important to mention that this modification is born from when PSA acquired USAV, in 2017, when it also acquired the CI Edge brand. Then, after several years of work, PSA opted for EDGE as a name that could contain both brands.

According to AVI Latin America magazine "While EDGE has a new look, the essence of the organization has not changed. EDGE's purpose is to support its integrative members to become and maintain their positions as leading providers of technology solutions in the markets they serve."

EDGE unites low-voltage system integrators as an industry elite team. With integrating members around the world, partnerships with leading av manufacturers, distributors and service providers. Since it generates synergy with the main associations of the sector, EDGE generates advantages to its members and allies.

To date, this network has more than 90 integrators that together generate more than 2,000 million dollars per year in gross revenue. Whose presence is in more than 40 countries and partnerships with 250 technology solution providers.

Michael Boettcher new president of Edge
Matt Barnette, CEO of PSA Network and EDGE, commented on this.

It is important to note that Boettcher, thanks to his track record, brings more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry to the EDGE team, and most recently served as president of Global VC - United States Division of New Era Technology, a company recognized as one of the 50 best system integrators by SCN.

Boettcher, who holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, was president of NSCA and has been on the board of directors since 2014. He was also president of the USAV DAC and is a member of AVIXA with the designation of Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).
