Taiden's Solution Combines Simultaneous Interpretation and Wireless Audio

Taiden's HCS-5100 system bases its operation on digital infrared technology for the sending of the corresponding audio signal, thus guaranteeing an operation free of radio frequency interference, as it does not have any interaction with this type of transmission.

In the same way, this solution distributed by Naturaleza Audiovisual, Tecnología y Servicios (Navits) offers absolute confidentiality, since the infrared light does not leave the room where the system is implemented, thus avoiding unauthorized eavesdropping.

The operation involves the injection of the floor signal (the original audio that is being spoken in the room) to the HCS-5100MA or HCS-5100MC modulator transmitter, which, depending on the model, have the capacity to process from 4 to 40 different signals.

Thus, it is possible to cover projects with extremely robust simultaneous interpretation needs or meet requirements where a single signal needs to be distributed wirelessly without the use of speakers to a certain group of people.

After the injection of the floor signal into the modulator transmitter, it will be sent by the equipment to the HCS-8685 console where a professional is in charge of interpreting it into the desired language, then returning the interpreted signal to the modulator transmitter so that it can send it to the HCS-5100R receivers through the HCS-5100T radiators. available in 25 and 35 W versions, depending on the area to be covered.

In this way, the user will be able to listen to the floor signal on the first channel of their receiver, or the language of their choice on the channel where they are being interpreted.

As with transmitters, there are receivers from 4 to 40 channels, to adjust technically and financially to the capacities of the modulating transmitter contemplated in the project. The receivers can be operated with Taiden rechargeable batteries or AA alkaline batteries.

Regarding the HCS-8685 interpreter console, one will be required for each language to be interpreted, so it is necessary to initially establish the number of languages in order to establish how many consoles are needed and the version of the modulator transmitter and receivers to be implemented (this, in terms of the number of channels that these devices can support).

In the case of distributed audio where a single signal will be transmitted to receivers occupying a single channel, no interpreter console is necessary and four-channel versions for the modulator transmitter and receivers will be more than sufficient, implicitly providing a future growth capability with 3 more channels.
