The company Exertis Almo reported that it closes a successful year in Latin America, thanks to the fulfillment of all the goals set to serve the region during 2023.
Gisela Ramírez, the company's Global Sales Director, highlighted that "this year was a great event. Everything we wanted to do, we did. We are now with the Miami warehouse, which allows us to handle local inventory and we have more staff on our team. In addition, we have the line of credit plan for customers and we reached our goal, which will help us prepare for 2024."
The company's new warehouse and offices in Miami are the answer to the growth that the region is experiencing. The goal of having a larger space is to keep inventory only from Latino customers. Thus, they can ship the same day of the order and customers can delegate their agents to pick up the inventory. The idea is to facilitate the market and continue to grow.
Another bet in the Latino market is a line of credit for its clients: "We are offering ample credit, from 60 to 90 days, for special projects. We work with our clients and with our bank to be able to support and we are trying to do our part to facilitate the projects and grow," explained Ramírez.
Regarding the most outstanding markets in the region this year, the executive mentioned the countries of Central America and the Caribbean, where they have always been strong, as well as Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.
"I think we're going to have quite a bit of growth in 2024. We want to be more present and do events together with our customers so that they can have the opportunity to show technology to the end user. We have a lot of internal support and resources to grow in Latin America and increase our team," Ramirez concluded.
