Paul Williams has just been appointed by Nice as general manager of the Home Management Solutions unit, a position from which he will report directly to the company's CEO.
The new business unit aims to promote integration and connectivity to create living spaces, whose occupants feel protected and free. In that sense, the company has pointed out that Paul Williams has played an invaluable role in taking this step, since joining Nice North America in 2022.
"Strengthening our matrix structure with the Home Management Solutions unit is more than a strategic step – it's about anticipating the future. It gives us greater flexibility, a more precise focus and a greater ability to innovate. And they are leaders like Paul, with their vision of connected solutions and customer-centric ecosystems, which makes me confident that all these factors are moving us in the right direction," said Roberto Griffa, CEO of the Nice Group.
Prior to joining Nice, Paul Williams spent nearly 15 years at Control4, where he held numerous senior leadership positions in areas such as Operations, Support, Hospitality Sales, and Product Research and Development. He then worked at GE Lighting, where he formed the team in charge of creating a smart home ecosystem currently used by millions of users.
"Taking on this leadership is the opportunity to redefine the way we interact with our homes and evolve our culture of development. My vision includes providing holistic experiences to users, creating solutions on powerful platforms and interconnected ecosystems. By creating complete solutions, we not only meet expectations but exceed them, delivering unparalleled value and satisfaction to our customers," said the new Managing Director of the Home Management Solutions Unit.
