Fatigue is one of the main factors that cause traffic accidents. The DSM system has alerts that detect yawning and closed eyes, characteristic symptoms of fatigue. It can also detect driver distraction while driving, such as detecting the look away from the road or looking at the cell phone, as well as the absence of the driver during working hours. These and many other alerts can be had through the DSM System.
