The multinational Samsung gave DACER two awards, one for "Highest Sales Volume 2021" and another for "Largest project in interactive screens 2021". These awards consolidate the recognition of this AV integrator, a member of ConsorcioTec, in the Peruvian market.
The awards ceremony took place at Samsung's offices in a private meeting. In this venue, the directors of the brand, Jorge Céspedes Flores, B2B division manager, Luis Zerga Valdivia, senior sales executive - Samsung B2B, and Juan Pablo Falcon Presales, junior manager, were in charge of officially delivering the awards. On the other hand, as representatives of DACER, Alfredo Pereda Simoni, general manager and Darwin Chavez Clavo, commercial manager, were present.
We had the opportunity to interview Alfredo, who explained to us about the projects that made them creditors to these recognitions and the positive impact that this award leaves to his company.
Recognition "Largest project in interactive screens 2021"
"This award corresponds to an implementation in the new offices of Rímac Seguros y Reaseguros S.A. located in Torre del Pilar 1 and 2. This project has been worked on together with Telefónica del Perú, with DACER being the integrator of AV solutions".
From the beginning, the validation of the Flip Interactive Screen was carried out in conjunction with Samsung, for which they carried out different tests of touch operation and its commercial applications. They also tested the protection of content through access keys, as well as the ability of multiple USB, HDMI, Bluetooth connections; which were adapted to the collaboration needs of users.
So, this award is received for the implementation of 135 meeting rooms and training environments with Samsung Flip screens in 55", 65" and 85" formats. Alfredo also indicated that thanks to this, Rimac Seguros "has put itself at the forefront in the implementation of collaborative solutions in the Peruvian business segment."

How many screens were installed by DACER to achieve this recognition? Alfredo's response was that this award was made possible thanks to the fact that they have installed about 600 Samsung screens, of different references and sizes, accompanied by audio, scheduling and automation solutions.
To this he added: "In 2021, despite the problems caused by the pandemic and the lack of electronic components for the manufacture of equipment, we managed to close important projects in Peru. This has led us to have significant sales volume with Samsung in the B2B segment."
Impact of this recognition
Alfredo confirmed that:
"Being recognized by an internationally prestigious brand like Samsung, means a benefit in itself. It is very important and, above all, gratifying that the specialized work carried out by AV integration companies is appreciated."
He also explained that he considers that this achievement is due to the fact that DACER has invested in the training of technical and commercial personnel, as well as in the acquisition of demo equipment, for the preparation of models and subsequent presentation to customers.
"In the same way, we have attended international fairs such as Infocomm and ISE Barcelona, in order to know the latest launches and technological advances in our audiovisual world, to bring this experience to our customers."
In addition, he was insistent that all companies like to receive recognition for the effort, dedication and professionalism they give to the development and execution of projects. "In this context, we are grateful to Samsung for the mentions given."
Finally, DACER is on track for the end of this year (2022) because in January the company set itself the objective of an increase in sales of 30% compared to the previous year, a value that to date (August), was already achieved.
