During Zoomtopia, an annual event in which Zoom thanks its most relevant partners and shows its latest releases, DEKOM, a leading European company in video conferencing and multimedia solutions, received the EMEA Partner of the Year award.
DEKOM AG CEO Simon Härke commented on the recognition:

We had the opportunity to ask Denis Shapovalenko, general manager of DEKOM US, who represented his company at the time of receiving the award from Zoom, a few questions.
What does this award represent for DEKOM?
DEKOM has always operated on the principles of globality, unification, and integrability. Especially in modern times when agile teams of professionals work worldwide using numerous highly linked tools to achieve a common goal.
For me, the Zoom Partner of the Year award is a significant recognition of the fact that we work with the best-in-class partners who share our values and see the future as a technologically complex, but very exciting place for new, modern, and increasingly effective, work cultures. On behalf of DEKOM Global, I am proud and thankful to Zoom for this award, and truly believe in the future of online communications.
Please describe when you received the award
The moment of receiving the award was exciting as so many decent companies participated shoulder-to-shoulder. But high competition means high quality for the customers. So I truly believe that the real winners here are our clients, who use Zoom every day and make the world a better place.
What is DEKOM´S challenge for 2023 as an integrator?
2021 and 2022 were not easy, and very productive years. They showed us how to adapt, quickly take the right decisions, be flexible and agile, and at the same time keep a strong focus on our teams and corporate culture.
DEKOM has expanded in more than 10 countries worldwide, while significantly increasing revenue in the existing markets. 2023 is promising to be a completely different year, full of new inventions, integrations, breakthroughs, and opportunities.
We always see the future as a bright place, and this year is promising to bring the opportunities over the edge. DEKOM is continuing its global expansion, opening new offices and increasing the potential of the existing presence. Our objective in this never-ending development cycle is to be one step ahead of the modern world, always have a clear vision, and be brave to take on new exciting challenges.
